The Macbook Pro is the high end model of Apple’s Macbook Laptop line. It was originally introduced in 2006 and is now on it’s third generation of product releases. These days very few people are still using the first generation, though a lot of our customers are still using the 2nd generation which we call the ‘unibody’. There are 13″, 15″ and 17″ versions of this model, with both i5 and i7 processors.

The 3rd generation Macbook Pro is the one we most commonly see today, and it comes in 13″ and 15″ sizes. This Macbook line was released with the retina display, sold state hard drives, and no cd drive. They are the most advanced and powerful laptop computers that Apple has released yet, and is far and away their most popular flagship device. The Apple iMac made it’s debut in 1998, and it was the first major contribution that Steve Jobs made to Apple upon his return to the company after his ouster. Originally it had the famous teardrop or egg like shape, and came in bright neon colors. We have seen many revisions of the iMac over the years, though they have always remained an all in one device where the monitor and the computer itself are a stand alone unit.
As of October 2014, all iMac’s now have a retina 5k display, making them one of the most computers on the planet. The images they can display to the screen are truly breathtaking. They come in 27″ and 21.5″ sizes, and are currently Apple’s flagship desktop computer device. There isn’t a single repair on an iMac that we aren’t capable of doing. HOW MUCH DOES APPLE MAC REPAIR COST?

Typically we come in at about 50% the cost of the Apple store, and fix computers 3x as fast.

So as always at Yoga Bear, we charge $89 an hour for residential jobs and $99 an hour for business machines. We have a 1 hour minimum on all jobs, and a 2 hour maximum on almost every single job. We can always give you a pretty accurate quote / maximum price in advance. These computer repair prices apply for both PC repair and Mac repair alike. The big variable for Apple repairs is the cost of the hardware.

Apple products are generally more expensive than that of PCs, and the same is true for their replacement and upgrade parts. At Elite Computers LLC however, we do not make any profit on parts what so ever. You pay the same price we pay, every time. We will get you the highest quality parts we can, at the best price we can.
